The Rhode Beauty founder shares her son Jack Blues with husband Justin Bieber

Hailey Bieber is sharing her top tip for navigating a busy schedule and motherhood.

The Rhode Beauty founder, 29, attended Vogue‘s Forces of Fashion event in Australia on Friday, Feb. 13, where she opened up about balancing mom life and her career. Hailey, who shares her son Jack Blues, 17 months, with husband Justin Bieber, shared that having a great partner is the key to having it all as a working mom.

“Having a great partner is really important,” she said. “And sharing responsibilities.”

“I’m here working and my son is at home with his dad living his best life,” Hailey added. “Having that support is very freeing and makes the decision a little bit easier.”

Hailey has always been open about how much she leans on her village for support with her son. During her appearance on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast, she opened up about leaning on her support system for help, revealing she has full-time help and she’s “not ashamed” about it.

“I do have help,” she said. “I have full-time help and I’m super not ashamed to say that, and I would never shy away from talking about that because I wouldn’t be able to have my career and do the things that I do without the help, and I’m really grateful for that.”

“If he’s not with me, he’s with his dad,” she added, referring to the SWAG artist, 31. “He’s always with his family, and he’s always with one of us, or with his godparents.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Hailey also told host Owen Thiele that she “definitely” wants more kids after welcoming her son.

“I know I want more than one,” she shared.

She then raved about her love for being a mom.

“I always knew I wanted to be a mom, though. Since I was a little kid, I always envisioned myself having kids,” she shared. “You know what’s funny? The older I’ve gotten and now that I have a kid, I think any decision anyone makes about having them or not having them is totally amazing.”

Motherhood hasn’t been without its challenges, according to Hailey who welcomed her son at 27 years old. The model said the prospect of welcoming her son felt “daunting” at the time.

“I do think there were fears around it. I didn’t know what to expect. Once they’re here, you just figure it out day by day. And it’s like every single day I’m learning about how to be a mom and what’s best for my son and what’s best for me as a mom.”
